Swords & Souls: Neverseen, singleplayer RPG – July 22 release

Armor Games Studios announced the upcoming July 22nd Steam, GOG, and Humble Store release of Swords & Souls: Neverseen, a singleplayer RPG by French indie development team, SoulGame Studio. Originally released in June exclusively on Kartridge, the game will now be available on additional platforms, with an additional update that includes localization, post-game content, and leaderboard on supported platforms.

Swords & Souls: Neverseen is a humorous, story-lite, combat-centric game that focuses on player skill, improvement, and stats with a blend of real-time and turn-based battles. Players begin the game shipwrecked on a mysterious island with eccentric locals, and wind up caught between them and a powerful witch.

As players adventure across the map from encounter to encounter, they will frequently find themselves overpowered, and can return to town to train their abilities in a series of evolving arcade-style minigames that contribute directly to their stats, from archery to magic accuracy and more. They can also upgrade their home or the training grounds for bonuses, find and tame pets to take into battle, unlock new mercenary allies, and more.

The original Swords and Souls game was a wildly popular web title that has been played by over 20 million players on Kongregate and Armor Games alone since 2015. Swords & Souls: Neverseen keeps and refines the training cycles, art style, and combat players loved, while bringing them an all-new standalone adventure filled with even more content and surprises.
