Tripwire Interactive announced Killing Floor 2’s most gruesome and ghastly update of 2019, Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments. Launching for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®4 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One X, and Windows PC via Steam, the Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments free update introduces gloriously gory Halloween-themed Zeds, new map, Ashwood Asylum, the Nuked Objective Mode, limited-time cosmetics, and more enticing additions!
Available across several game modes, including Survival, Weekly, Versus Survival, and Endless, Ashwood Asylum hosts bloodthirsty Monster Zeds hot on players’ heels as they attempt to survive and slaughter in a horrific, abandoned asylum. Additionally, to welcome the most sickening season of all, Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments brings the return of the Halloween Zeds. But beware, these dressed-up Zeds will bring more tricks than treats.
Likewise, Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments includes a new Objective Mode, Nuked. In the Nuked Objective Mode, players can experience Zed slaying amidst the fallout of a nuclear detonation. Players will follow Dr. Ogada Buyu’s endeavor to rescue a boy trapped in the catastrophe, and like other Objective Mode adventures, Nuked comes supported with specific goals and cut scenes to create a thrilling and immersive experience.
Along with these additions, Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments also includes other exciting content, such as new weapons, balance changes, and new, limited-time cosmetics! For full details on today’s launch of the Halloween event, head to the Killing Floor 2: Grim Treatments microsite.
